The tension
The organization had several promising concepts, three different market stories and no shared definition of the best launch audience.
Internal teams were using separate evidence to argue for different directions. Leadership needed one study that could compare the options on the same terms and show where market differences genuinely mattered.
The design
Voxenora began with a decision workshop to define the choices the evidence needed to support. We then connected three components into one analytical plan:
- Category demand and unmet-need measurement
- Choice modeling across product and price configurations
- Message testing within behaviorally distinct segments
Questionnaire and analysis design happened together, ensuring every measure had a clear purpose in the final launch decision.
The fieldwork
Respondents were recruited across three markets using shared eligibility rules and market-specific quotas. Live monitoring flagged one early difference in category familiarity; the team reviewed it before continuing and documented the final treatment.
The result was a comparable dataset that preserved meaningful local variation rather than flattening it.
The decision
Analysis revealed that one concept had broad appeal but weak differentiation. A second concept had a smaller, highly motivated audience and a message that traveled consistently across markets.
Voxenora led a working session that aligned product, marketing and commercial teams on a priority segment, lead proposition and a staged launch sequence.
